July 7 Update
Ben is doing GREAT! Like a miracle great! This is the best he has felt since April and we are all here for it 👏 He has essentially had little to no symptoms through the first two rounds of chemo. He is continuing to work and has dusted off his road bike and has been enjoying cycling again. He was even able to go back to his previously regularly attended 6am CrossFit class yesterday. We are so grateful for all the continued prayers because as you can see, they work ♥️
I also wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone that has contributed to our family via Venmo (linked through this site to our friend Kallie). We were overwhelmed by the generosity of our friends and family all over the country. We did want you to know that that money will go directly to a few house cleanings as well as medical bills. Again, thank you for your kindness and willingness to help us out during this season.
The boys are back on the East Coast for a week with my family and are living their best lives at Gammy Camp. Ben and I get to spend the next few days together and we are so thankful for this time together. His 3rd infusion (out of 5) will be Tuesday, July 11.
Please pray specifically for:
Health and safety for our boys while they are away
Our time together would be rejuvenative and restorative
The 3rd infusion will go well - that the chemo drugs work effectively with minimal symptoms and side effects
