Round 5 and Other Updates

We met with Ben’s Oncologist today and got great news! He said Ben is responding tremendously to his treatment and that the scans showed that the masses in both his liver and colon have reduced by over HALF! Thank you Jesus 🙌🏻 We just need to keep going 💪🏻 

He will continue his current chemo plan and then get more scans at the end of September to evaluate additional options of surgery and/or radiation. 

A friend from VA was able to fly in to sit with him during his 5th infusion today. So thankful for this so me and the boys could go enjoy a summer field trip as school starts next week. Please pray that symptoms remain minimal this round and that the chemo continues to work 👏🏻

I’ve had so many friends tell me that their families are praying for us. If you are, please take today to remind your kids that God shows up 🙌🏻 These little wins along the way remind us of His faithfulness to us.
