August Updates
As I sit here in the infusion room with Ben, I wanted to reach out and update y’all on a few things:
There were no unexpected issues in July and that is an answer to prayer! Thank you for continued prayers for healing every day.
Next Scans - Tuesday, August 13 - These scans will see how effective the chemo was this summer and should help the doctors determine the next course of action.
Appointments with Oncology and Surgeons - the week of Aug 19th. The hope is that the scans show an improvement and the next liver surgery can be scheduled.
We have been walking this journey for 15 months and are still very much in the “middle”, the “not yet”, the “in between”. Continue to pray for our perseverance and the ability to see God’s goodness in this story despite our circumstances.
